Exam - An exam is one of the most popular means of assessing what students have learnt throughout the duration of a given course or unit. Exams take many forms namely written exams and in the case of students studying a foreign language oral (spoken). In order to complete an exam successfully, much time and effort must be spent preparing for the exam. Students prepare for exams through revision. Generally an exam will last between 30 minutes to 3 hours long. An exam will include questions covering topics that have been studied, either during study hours, or as extra work.
