Member Analysis Sheet - When undertaking a group based assignment, member analysis sheets can be used to obtain some idea of the strengths and weaknesses of each team member. This aids the elected team leader in making decisions concerning which tasks to delegate to whom. A member analysis sheet is a basic questionnaire containing a number of tick boxes placed next to a certain type of activity, for example writing, research etc. All members of the team must fill out the member analysis sheets. The results of, which determine which team members are best, suited to the tasks that need completing.

Mock Presentation - In undertaking a presentation it is useful to practice by performing a number of mock presentations. During a mock presentation you imagine that you have an audience watching and are performing your presentation in front of them. Mock presentations prove an excellent means to discover any potential problems for example eye contact, finishing on time, using the overhead projector etc.
