Open Day - This is held by a , or to show prospective students and parents the , facilities and service available. It provides a chance to talk to teachers and , and on some occasions current students will be available to provide their views.

Organisation -

Overdraft - An arrangement with your that allows you to have access to money that you do not have. Normally a Student Account will offer free overdraft facilities while you are a studying. Unlike a , an overdraft facility is for smaller amount of money, normally less than �1000 and can be used as required.

Overhead Projector (OHP) - The overhead projector is used to project text and images printed on transparent sheets on to a white background. Lecturers and tutors will use the OHP to display information concerning the topics being discussed. Students may use it during presentation, but the use of Microsoft PowerPoint is becoming significantly more popular.
